Well, Pawandeep Rajan was born on 27th July 1996. Pawandeep got his musical genes from his father, Mr. Suresh Rajan who is also a renowned Kaumani folk singer. His sister Jyotideep Rajan also beholds a soothing voice and herself is a singer. so basically he belong from a Musician background family.

Pawandeep did his primary education from University Senior Secondary School, Chmapawat. He completed his graduation from Kumaun University of Nanital, Uttrakhand.

Pawandeep Rajan does not have the notch for singing but has his competencies in all the genres of music and songs. Pawandeep showed his adroitness in music when he was a baby. Pawandeep won the youngest tabla player award at the age of Two.

Apart from singing he can plays almost all kind of musical instruments like guitar, keyboard, tabla, piano and Dholak making him escalate his lyrical voice with the tunes of instruments.

Pawandeep is also a member of the band ‘Rait’ based in Chandigarh, where he performs as the lead vocalist in the band along with Pawan Bhatt, Paras Roriyal and Vishant Nagra.

In 2015,Pawandeep did win ‘The Voice India’! I’m sure many people don’t get aware about of this information. But It’s true nd that time he didn’t get that much of fame & attention of people like he has now!

Pawandeep trailed his singing career through television debut. He participated in a television singing reality show nd that was ‘The Voice India ‘in 2015. He was in the team of famous singer ‘Shaan’.
His voice made it into the finale and finally lifted the trophy of the show along with a prize money of 50 lakhs INR, a car and a contract with a music company.

After winning the show, Pawandeep created his own albums and whistle many songs including four in the film Romeo N Bullet. He also released his own ‘Yakeen’ in 2015 along with another individual album ‘Chholiyar’ in 2016 which had 6 songs.

Bringing his amazing voice again he participated India’s best & most wanted reality show “INDIAN IDOL “. His soothing and soulful voice is just not only won the judges heart but also he stole the whole nations heart. Finally, He became the winner of Indian Idol season 12 and he lifted the trophy along with his prize money.

Pawandeep has achieved many accolades for himself and for the country too. His voice represented his beautiful state Uttarakhand. Awarding such a young talent who raised the name of state and the country, Uttarakhand Government awarded him as ‘The Youth Ambassador of Uttarakhand’.

Pawandeep’s voice is not only heard in India but across the Nations. He performed in many concerts overseas in around 13 countries including Dubai, Malaysia, Thailand, South Africa, and many more.
